The capture record

Every count the desk publishes from the airwaves is a count of captured tape, not of a network’s full air. This page is the attendance record behind that caveat: for each channel, which UTC hours actually have evidence on file — transcribed spoken lines or ingested chyrons. An hour counts as covered only if the record exists; that the recorder was merely running is annotation, not coverage. Per-second capture instrumentation began 2026-07-15; nothing before that date is claimed. Capture interruptions are labeled by kind only — the raw capture log stays internal.

Ledger incomplete: 7,326 transcribed lines sit outside every logged session — early capture ran before per-session bookkeeping was airtight. Those hours still render as covered (the evidence exists); the session ledger under-reports them.
