The FBI arrested a 35-year-old woman for allegedly plotting an Islamic State-inspired attack on the New York Capitol building, federal officials said Thursday. Jessica Bowie of Albany, New York, was charged with attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, officials said.
