Lindsay Clancy's defense could rest as soon as Thursday, attorney says
Lindsay Clancy's defense team could rest their case as early as Thursday, attorney Kevin Reddington told reporters Thursday morning.
Prosecutors are expected to present a brief rebuttal case, and Reddington said closing arguments will likely take place Monday.
Defense lawyers do not contest that Clancy was responsible for the deaths of her three children. Instead, they argue she should not be held criminally responsible for their deaths because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time.
