ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN and ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL were set globally in this file, pointed at Z.ai, left over from an earlier CLI integration test. A judge test run through the normal code path resolved to judge_model_id: glm-5.3[1m] -- not real Anthropic Claude -- despite every existing brain-switch safeguard in the codebase being designed specifically to prevent exactly that, because those safeguards only clean the shell environment and this file overrides at the CLI's own config layer, underneath all of them.
