Lead: Four South Carolina Republicans seeking the late Sen. Lindsey Graham's (R-S.C.) spot on the November ballot faced off on the debate stage for a second straight night Tuesday.
"Absent from the debate was Sen. Darline Graham (R-S.C.), the sister of the late senator whom South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster (R) appointed to fill the remainder of her brother's term."
Darline Graham "has the endorsement of President Trump."
Debate "Hosted by Nexstar Media Group, The Hill's parent company" and held "one day before early voting starts."
Fry on Darline Graham: "We had a earth-shattering moment last night... That's unacceptable."
Norman: "The debt that we have in this country is not sustainable. We can't have endless wars."
Sanford: "I believe that the Constitution is absolutely clear that only Congress can authorize war."
