Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the Iran-Oman negotiations "are in their final stages" but gave no details. Iranian parliament National Security Committee spokesman Hassan Ghashghavi: "The central issue and the key to the matter is the Strait of Hormuz."
