U.S. Rep. Max Miller denied allegations of abusing his daughter and ex-wife in a video stream on the social platform X Sunday. The Rocky River-based congressman spoke for about 18 minutes to address charges tied to his custody battle with ex-wife Emily Moreno, daughter of U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno.

"No court, no agency has ever substantiated any allegation of abuse against me."

Miller characterized the hot water allegation as "horseplay" using a kitchen sink sprayer that "does not reach boiling temperature."

Sen. Bernie Moreno posted that Miller "should not serve in the House of Representatives" and needs "professional help."
