US: At least 3 killed in shooting in Seattle

Deutsche Welle · back to the audit
At least three people were killed and four others wounded, including a child, in a shooting during a food festival near the Space Needle in Seattle. The suspect in custody was 15 years old and was therefore placed in juvenile detention for investigation of firearms violations and first-degree assault. But later on Monday, the Associated Press cited court documents as saying there were at least three shooters, including one who died at the scene. Investigators believe the two suspects exchanged gunfire. One remained at large, but Assistant Seattle Police Chief Tyrone Davis said at a news conference on Sunday night that there was no continuing threat to the public.
