Crude oil prices shoot up after Red Sea joins Strait of Hormuz as Iran war's second choke point
The U.S. completed a 13th straight night of attacks on Iran following a series of Houthi rocket strikes on Saudi Arabian vessels in the Red Sea after Iranian hardliners helped deliver weapons and training to Yemen. Brent crude oil prices surged above $100 a barrel after Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen attacked two Saudi Arabian oil tankers in the Red Sea. The Houthis, an Iranian-backed terrorist group that have been at war with Yemen's government for over a decade, fired rockets at two Saudi Arabian oil tankers on Thursday, opening a new front in the Iran war. Iran reportedly flew Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commanders, military advisors and munitions to Yemen to assist the Houthi terrorists, Reuters reported.
