Pennsylvania Supreme Court says AG can intervene in cases Philly DA wants overturned
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office will have oversight in cases where Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner seeks to overturn criminal convictions.
In its opinion, it was noted that since 2018, Krasner's office has supported post-conviction relief in at least 120 cases, many involving murder convictions.
